Oliver graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with his Juris Doctor. He has been practicing law for over 20 years. Oliver volunteers in his community weekly because he likes helping people. Oliver began his legal career in 2001 by successfully becoming recognized in the Spanish-speaking community as an attorney that could help vulnerable and under-represented people.
